• Coatings are applied in an environmentally controlled paint booth. Application equipment includes conventional spray, HVLP systems, and robotic applications when required.
• Force curing in ovens with capacities of 34” x 62” continuous and 42” x 8’ x 17’ batch.
• Pre-treatments include iron phosphate conversion and abrasive blast prep.
• Ferrous and non-ferrous substrates can be coated.
• Special masking can be developed.
